Job Responsibilities

Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Respond to customer query over emails, calls and chat

Competencies and Skills Required

• Good communications skills
• Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
• Good wearable and interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
• Prior experience with an international BPO would be an added advantage.
